The Opportunity:

Vianai is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who will help drive talent acquisition in the US. You will lead the search to help identify, attract, assess and engage future team members who will help us build a world full of life and intelligence.   • Strategy & Execution: Design a recruiting plan and approach that will reach a diverse set of individuals that will bring in a range of experience and expertise. You will be responsible for finding product developers, product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers. You will lead and execute the search process, assess candidates’ technical expertise and build a network in the external talent market.
  • Connected: We hope to connect with your network to attract and recruit experienced enterprise technology professionals.
  • Partner: You’ll work directly with senior leaders to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You’ll coach and advise team members on the competitive and market intelligence related to talent expectations. You’ll partner externally with individuals and organizations to increase the pipeline and enhance the talent journey. You’ll develop trusted relationships inside and outside of the organization.
  • Experience: You’ll design the candidate experience from identification, to interview, offer, negotiation, and welcoming/ onboarding. You’ll ensure that the talent we attract and engage have shared values and goals of inclusivity and innovation.


  • Bachelor’s degree; Masters preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • You have at least 8+ years of technical recruiting experience at enterprise technology organizations.
  • You have sourced and led teams through growth and transformation.
  • Experience in building and cultivating partnerships.
  • Experience in leading the full-cycle recruitment to onboarding/welcoming experience.
